Take Your Makeup Off At Night

We understand that by the time 10 o’clock rolls around, the last thing you want to do is spend another 15 minutes a skin regimen. But listen, you can skip the 4-step regimen and simply use some makeup removing wipes. That way, you spend a quick 60 seconds removing your makeup and your skin is happy and so is your sleep schedule.

Get Regular Trims

It’s rumored by many that if you get your hair cut more often, it will grow faster. FALSE! Although regular trims don’t actually make your hair grow faster, what they can do is rid your ends of any splits or damage alleviating breakage. So, get your butt into a salon at least every five weeks and keep those ends looking healthy. You’ll be thanking us this time next year when you’ve finally accomplished the length you’ve been working towards.
