Does your salon offer pedicures?
No, we no longer offer pedicures in our salon. However, we provide a variety of other nail services. You can learn more about our student salon services here.

What are the enrollment requirements?
To enroll at Jenks Beauty College, you’ll need the following:
- Enrollment Fee: $100
- State-Issued ID
- Social Security Card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three Personal References
- $10 Money Order for the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology
Are your programs available online, or are they in-person?
All of our programs are conducted in-person at Jenks Beauty College. Attendance on campus is required for training and hands-on experience.
Are the programs free?
Our programs are not free, but many of our students qualify for financial aid. Tuition costs vary depending on the program you choose. Contact us for more information on financial aid eligibility.
Do you offer nail services in your salon?

What is the $10 money order from the state for?
The $10 money order is a state-mandated processing fee required for licensure or program-related submissions. If you have specific questions about this fee, please contact our admissions office.
When do classes start?
We start new classes every Monday! This allows flexibility for students to begin their journey toward a beauty career at a convenient time.
Are students allowed vacation time?
Students may miss up to 10% of their program hours without incurring additional fees. However, absences exceeding 14 consecutive days are not permitted. Any missed hours must be made up to meet the program requirements.
Does Oklahoma Promise cover tuition for your programs?
Unfortunately, Oklahoma Promise does not cover tuition for beauty college programs. However, there may be other financial aid options available to assist you.
Will I receive hands-on training during the program?
Absolutely! Students work in our on-campus student salon, providing real services to clients under the supervision of licensed instructors.
Can I work while attending the Cosmetology program?
Yes, we offer flexible schedules to accommodate students who wish to work while attending classes. Discuss your availability with our admissions team to find the right fit for you.
Do you assist with job placement after graduation?
Yes, we provide career services to help graduates find job opportunities. This includes resume assistance, interview preparation, and connections with local salons and spas.
What is the flexible schedule option?
Our flexible schedule allows you to customize your class hours to fit your lifestyle. Classes are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You choose the hours that work best for you within these timeframes.
Who is eligible for the flexible schedule?
All students, whether part-time or full-time, are eligible for the flexible schedule. It’s designed to accommodate various commitments, such as work or family responsibilities.
How many hours do I need to attend each week?
- Part-time students must complete 23 hours per week.
- Full-time students must complete 30 hours per week.
You have the freedom to choose your schedule to meet these requirements.
Can I change my schedule during the program?
Yes! If your circumstances change—like starting a new job—you can adjust your schedule to fit your new situation, as long as you meet the weekly hour requirements.
How does the rotating curriculum work?
Our curriculum is designed to rotate, ensuring that no matter which hours you choose, you’ll always make consistent progress toward your goals. Whether you attend in the morning, afternoon, or evening, you won’t miss out on essential lessons.
What is a typical week like under the flexible schedule?
- Monday & Tuesday: Focus on theory-based learning and foundational knowledge.
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: Engage in hands-on practice, including working on mannequins, collaborating with peers, and providing salon services to the community.
Are salon services included in the schedule?
Yes! Salon services and hands-on practice are scheduled on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. These sessions include working on mannequins, peers, or real clients from the community.
What happens if I miss a scheduled day?
If you miss a day, you can make up the missed hours during the remaining operating hours that week. This flexibility helps ensure you stay on track.
Can I attend at the same time every day?
Absolutely! If you prefer a consistent schedule, you can attend at the same times each day. Alternatively, you can mix and match your hours throughout the week.
